Morgan

Morgan Cannister,
Lead Customer Service Representative

Morgan is the friendly face you'll see greeting you at Center Animal Clinic. As a receptionist, she plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both pets and their owners.
Seeking a career change and driven by her lifelong passion for animals, Morgan found her perfect fit at the clinic. She loves being the first and last point of contact for clients, allowing her to build genuine connections and get to know them on a personal level. "It's nice to develop a relationship with people just from being at work," she says.

Beyond her role at the clinic, Morgan is a skilled juggler! She proudly recalls winning her 4th-grade juggling contest, even with a cast on her arm. When she's not at the clinic, she also works as a server/bartender. In her free time, she enjoys taking her dog, Jazzy, for walks and car rides.

One of Morgan's most memorable work experiences was a solo trip to Atlanta for a continuing education course, where she learned a lot and made friends from across the country.

She deeply appreciates the strong camaraderie at Center Animal Clinic, where everyone genuinely gets along and supports each other. "Everyone that works here at the clinic really gets along well. I would consider us all friends outside of work as well as inside," she shares.
Morgan's personal motto is "It is what it is," reflecting her adaptable and positive nature. Her colleagues describe her as caring, thoughtful, and responsible.
If she could have any superpower, it would be the ability to help people and make the world a happier place.

Morgan's warm personality and dedication make her an invaluable part of the Center Animal Clinic team.

Beth

Beth
Customer Service Representative

With over two decades of dedicated experience in the medical field, Beth brings a wealth of knowledge from her roles as a phlebotomist, surgical scheduler, and customer service professional. Her career has been marked by a consistent commitment to helping others and connecting with people, which she identifies as her favorite part of customer service.

Outside of her professional life, Beth is a woman of surprising facets. You might be surprised to learn she has one tattoo, despite vowing never to get one again! If she could have any superpower, Beth would choose teleportation, likely for the sheer efficiency and adventure it would offer.

Beth is currently honing her skills in Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), a testament to her deep love for animals. She's successfully trapped seven cats, even keeping two of them: Charlie, her very first trap, who later had six kittens Beth found caring homes for. A fun fact about her cat Mia? She likes to lie down when she eats! Mia's brother, Milo, was also trapped by Beth and now lives with one of her oldest friends.

When she needs to focus or get motivated, Beth's go-to song is "Can't Stop the Feeling!" by Justin Timberlake. Beyond her work and animal rescue efforts, Beth is passionate about baking and cooking, constantly exploring new recipes and trying different culinary creations. Her dream travel destinations include the picturesque landscapes of Greece and the rugged beauty of Wyoming.
